We use export-grade wooden crates with EPE foam and corner protection to ensure your display cabinets arrive in perfect condition.
Are customs duties included in the shipping cost?
Customs duties and taxes depend on your local regulations. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options for certain regions where everything is included.
How often is the tracking information updated?
Tracking statuses are typically updated every 24-48 hours when passing through major transit hubs or customs checkpoints.
Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier approval and may incur additional rerouting fees. Please contact our support team immediately if needed.
What if my display rack arrives damaged?
We package items securely, but in the rare event of damage, please take photos immediately upon delivery and contact us. Your shipment is fully insured, and we will arrange replacements.
